Returns & Refunds Policies

At Miracle Couch UK, we offer two types of products/services:

  1. Ready-made items sold on our website (limited stock).

  2. Custom upholstery, loose covers, and bespoke work completed for clients.

These two categories have different return rules.

Ready-Made Items (Website Orders)

These items are not made to order and may be returned.

Eligibility:

You can return a ready-made item for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.

 

Conditions:

Returns must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • Free from damage, stains, or wear

  • Sent back with all original packaging (where applicable)

Refunds:
  • A full refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

Return Shipping:
  • Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If your ready-made item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost.

  • Photos may be requested for assessment.

Custom Upholstery & Bespoke Work:

Custom work cannot be returned or refunded, as it is made specifically for the client and/or their furniture.

However, if there is an issue with craftsmanship:

  • Contact us within 7 days of completion.

  • We will assess and repair any confirmed faults at no cost.

 

Cancellations for custom work are only accepted before materials are purchased or work has begun.
